Ms. Santiesteban graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Finance and received her J.D. from the University of Florida in 1992. Ms. Santiesteban is licensed to appear in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
